Retention Of Your Information
We keep information about the concluded contracts and your identification, address and contact data for 3 years after the end of the contract we have concluded together. We keep it for this period in order to be able to deal properly with complaints and to respond to any complaints you may have.
In addition, we are required by law to retain certain documents containing personal data. For example, we must keep invoices for 10 years. We keep accounting documents for 5 years.
Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.
Your Data Protection Rights
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
Under the conditions set out in Article 15 of the GDPR, you can request information from us about whether and what data about you we process. You may request rectification and, where applicable, completion of your data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR. If you object, we will no longer process the data in question, unless we can demonstrate necessary and compelling reasons for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedom or the processing is for the exercise of legal claims.
