Like any other website, we also use "cookies". These are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. Retention Of Your Information

We keep information about the concluded contracts and your identification, address and contact data for 3 years after the end of the contract we have concluded together. We keep it for this period in order to be able to deal properly with complaints and to respond to any complaints you may have.

In addition, we are required by law to retain certain documents containing personal data. For example, we must keep invoices for 10 years. We keep accounting documents for 5 years.

Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

Under the conditions set out in Article 15 of the GDPR, you can request information from us about whether and what data about you we process. You may request rectification and, where applicable, completion of your data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR. If we process data to defend our interests solely on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to prohibit the processing of your data for reasons that arise from your particular situation. If you object, we will no longer process the data in question, unless we can demonstrate necessary and compelling reasons for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedom or the processing is for the exercise of legal claims.

If you have consented to the processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. After revocation, the data will no longer be processed. This does not apply if we are authorized or obliged to do so by law.
